We all know that ordering products (especially apparel) online can sometimes be tricky. We have put together some Frequently Asked Questions to help make your ordering process a little easier. Q: How do RGC items fit?
A: Most of our apparel is considered to be a "fashion" fit with slightly smaller/tighter cuts than many typical apparel items.
One notable item that requires special attention is the Women's Flowy Racerback Eco-Tank Top. These pieces fit approximately a full size smaller than most standard fitting Women's tank tops.
Q: Do RGC items shrink?
A: All RGC apparel items are some form of a poly/cotton/rayon blend which keeps shrinking to a minimum, if at all. We do recommend washing our items inside out, in cold water and tumbling dry on a light/delicate setting, but this is not required. Our items will retain much of their original sizing after being washed and dried.
Q: Does RGC accept returns or exchanges?
A: Unfortunately we currently do not accept any returns through the mail. We do allow customers to coordinate any needed returns or exchanges in person at our various pop-up shop events throughout Houston. These events will be announced via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. While we do allow these transactions, we cannot guarantee any exact sizes or styles will be available at the time of your exchange.
As we grow, RGC is planning to generate a mail-based return/exchange process. We will be sure to let all of our customers know when this is added. We appreciate your patience as we work through the details.
Q: I don’t see my size! When will you restock and can you alert me when this occurs?
A: We pride ourselves on keeping relevant, unique designs on the rack. However, many of our products are limited run which means once they are gone…they are gone. We encourage our customers to follow us on FB, Twitter, Instagram for announcements of new releases and restocks. Some items will be be reproduced, while others will not.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All regular orders (excludes pre-sale) placed on runninggameclothing.com will be processed, fulfilled and shipped out within 3 days from order placement. RGC sends all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail. From our experience, most shipments sent in and around the Houston area may arrive as early as 1-2 days from the date they are shipped. Shipping times will vary to locations outside of Houston. RGC does not guarantee shipment arrival dates. Presale items will have varying delays in shipping which will be explicitly described in the product description page. If you are ordering pre-sale and regular items together, these will ship together on the pre-sale shipping date.
Q: Where do I input my coupon code?
A: It may seem like you aren't given the option to input a potential discount code, but this is in fact a part of the payment process, occurring in the VERY final step. As you proceed past the entry of all payment and shipping info, there will be a screen that prompts you to enter any coupon code that you might have. If successful, all active code discounts will be immediately reflected in your order total, confirmation and shipping invoice.
Q: Will I receive confirmation when my order ships out?
A: Upon placement of an order through runninggameclothing.com, customers will first receive an order confirmation receipt via email verifying the order has been submitted and received. Then a second email notification will be sent (including USPS tracking number) when the order is shipped.
Q: How do I know my transaction is safe?
A: Running Game provide's customers with the option to checkout using their credit card on a secure site which uses trusted merchant accounts for data collection and order processing. Customers may also choose to pay for orders via their PayPal account. We feel that these established businesses provide safe and secure gateways for processing our customer's payments.
Q: Does RGC have a storefront or physical location?
A: RGC does not have a physical storefront location. Currently all orders must be placed online via runninggameclothing.com or in person at one of our remote location "pop-up shops". Running Game does not make personal deliveries or "meet-ups" with customers to sell our products.
